Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Mahir Design's website and services, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description

Mahir Design provides professional lighting design and consultation services for commercial and residential spaces, including but not limited to:

• Retail and boutique lighting design
• Hair salon and beauty space lighting
• Restaurant and hospitality venue lighting
• Office and commercial space lighting
• Custom lighting solutions and consultations

3. Project Agreements

All projects require a signed agreement outlining scope, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms. Project specifications and pricing will be provided in a separate proposal document before work begins.

4. Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• A deposit of 50% is required before project commencement
• Final payment is due upon project completion
• Invoices are payable within 30 days of issue
• Late payments may incur additional fees

5. Intellectual Property

All designs, concepts, drawings, and materials created by Mahir Design remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon full payment, clients receive a license to use the designs for the agreed-upon project.

6. Revisions and Changes

Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur extra charges. Significant changes to project scope will require a new proposal and agreement.

7. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel projects with written notice. Deposits are non-refundable. Work completed up to the cancellation date will be billed at our standard rates.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mahir Design is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project in question.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
